Competition

Make Mine Miniature

Once again the special Make Mine Miniature competition of contemporary ceramics in miniature took place in 2025, supported by Oxford Mail.

Exhibiting artists made a unique miniature piece as a true representation of their work to fit inside a Cone Box (7.6 cm by 7.6cm by 15.2cm). Cones are used to monitor ceramic firings to gauge the temperature inside the kiln to ensure a successful firing.

These exquisite pieces could be purchased and were on display in the house until 2pm on Sunday.

Congratulations to our 2025 winners: Annie Tortora, Melanie Keevil and David Chilton.
