The type of personal information we collect

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • To send exhibiting or visiting information about our events
  • To send tickets to our events if you have purchased or applied for tickets

We also obtain contact information from competition partners, including publishers, who provide us with details of competition entrants to issue prizes and, where entrants have given consent, for marketing purposes.

We use the information that you have given us in order to post or email you details about our events.

We do not share this information with any other organisations.

Important Information Regarding Your Visit

We want visitors, staff and exhibitors to feel comfortable during our events. We therefore have some small requests which mean you can enjoy your time at our events.

  • Advance booking is required to allow us to monitor numbers
  • Visitors will be asked to follow the one-way system in the marquees
  • Please do not attend if you or anyone in your household is feeling unwell or has symptoms of Covid-19
